Atypic

This wine is ‘atypical’ in terms of its blend: 50% Malbec (or Côt depending on the region) and 50% Cabernet Franc. Our Atypic 2015 is fresh and fruity, described as sensual by top sommeliers. Very concentrated yet possessing very soft tannins, this wine is rounded on the palate with red fruit aromas captured at the height of their freshness. All of this is elevated by Malbec’s peppery touch. Best drunk from now with dishes of all kinds apart from fish, serve slightly chilled at 17-18°C. Very enjoyable with a summer barbecue.
